I recently commented to a friend that of all the types of antiques that Mediterránia sources directly in Europe (furniture, architectural elements, religious art, mirrors, etc.), I think that the product genre that I most enjoy buying is antique pottery.

Spain is a country in which, literally, the shapes, colors and scale of pottery can change from one town to the next, and the southernmost region of Andalusia is particularly rich in the number of varying styles of stunning folk art pottery that can be found.

Between yesterday and today, I was in four different towns in the provinces of Sevilla, Córdoba and Málaga, and struck gold in each of them insofar as the quality and uniqueness of the pieces are concerned.
